This years Moomin Arabia Summer Seasonal tableware collection is a delicious treat for the eyes. It will also be joined by an update to their glass tumbler range! Can there ever be enough jam on a pancake?
This year’s Moomin Summer Seasonal collection is aptly named, ‘Berry Season’, and evokes all that summery goodness, filled with memories of berry picking and quality time spent together in nature. Beautiful shades of sage, peach and lilac to delight the senses, so you can almost taste the ripe fruitiness of the season!
The illustrations are adapted from two of Tove Jansson’s comic strips, Moominmamma’s Maid (1956) and The Conscientious Moomin (1958).
In the comic strips, the Moomin family is busy making jam and cider from the gardens harvest. Moominmamma can’t resist making delicious jam out of the fresh berries, despite having a cellar full of jam. Thankfully, the Moomins do love some jam with their pancakes! Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden are busy crushing the berries with their feet, much to Misabel’s dismay.

The Berry Season collection continues the design themes from previous years celebrating the Moomins spending time together as a family out in nature.
The Moomin glass tumblers have a colourful new look!
The new Moomin Arabia glass tumblers have had a refresh, updating the water-themed illustrations from the previous set with larger scenes of the Moomins and friends spending quality time together in the great outdoors.
The new designs reflect the last few years of the limited edition Summer Seasonals, so if you have been collecting the summer tableware releases, you can have a perfectly complementing set of glass tumblers to go with them!
